※Notes: Please note visiting time may be shortened when the best time for viewing shibasakura is over. Also, if the entrance fee is waived, a refund will be made as an entrance fee by tour guide on the date of the tour.
2：Go to the 5th station of Mt. Fuji when the visiting season has come. Spectacular view can be seen by looking up at Mt. Fuji covered with lingering snow from the place at an altitude 2,400 meters, and overlooking Kawaguchi-ko Lake and an expansive sea of clouds below.
※Notes：Fuji Subaru Line is closed when the avalanche warning is issued due to rainfall, strong wind, and other weather conditions. In this case, the tour stops around the Mt.Fuji area for lunch, and goes to 1 alternative sightseeing place. (planned place: Fujiyama Museum) Changes in the tour will be informed by tour guide prior to departure in the morning of the tour date. Please note we do not make any refund after departure.

The Scope of Language Support
A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at each stop etc) in your preferred language. Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.

Flower blooming time varies slightly according to weather.
Fruit ripening time varies slightly according to weather. In some cases, pre-picked fruits might be served instead of fresh fruit picking activity.
Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended.
According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may have to be changed.
-- Recommended outfit -- It is strongly recommended to wear thicker clothes or bring extra clothes as Mt Fuji 5th Station is located at 2,305m high and the temperature is 10-15 degree Celsius lower than the plains surrounding the mountain. It is also advised to wear a pair of walking shoes.
Mt Fuji may not be viewed in case of bad weather conditions.
We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond our control.
If we have to cancel the tour for typhoon, heavy snow, or other circumstances beyond our control, we decide the matter by 3pm Japan time one day before the departure and inform you about it by e-mail.
The place that the tour disbands may be different from the one that it meets. For the actual place, ask the tour conductor on the spot.
