Notes |
- Train tickets will be sent to your hotel with final information. Therefore, correct name of the hotel you'll stay, your checking in date and your full name on the booking list of the hotel should be advised us in advance.
- You can not change your reservation on and after the date 10 days prior thedeparture
- Those who miss the train booked in case, could not use the ticket for a following train as a substitute
- Please kindly find the way to reach the hotel from Kyoto station
1) Take a subway "Karasuma line" to "Shijo station", then 6 minutes on foot from exit 2
2) Take a taxi after getting out at the Central exit,. It will take about 10 minutes for less than JPY1,000
- Our staff does not accompany the customers. You are required to go to the station by yourself and take a designated train with the tickets we send before hand. After arrival at your destination, please take a pick up service from the hotel. For return, please follow the same steps and take a designated train by yourself on the way back, too.
- You are required to advise us a mobile phone number with which we could connect for an emergency.Unless, you could not apply for our local tour.
- Please note that above tour price for an infant includes dinner and breakfast at the hotel. But as it does not include train ticket and bedding at the hotel, so the infant should be on your knees on a train and share your bed. Those who needs tickets and bedding for an infant are required to pay a tour price for a child.
- Please acknowledge that you could not request any particular seat, car number the departure time of the train. Everything related is left to us.
- Cancellation by client and the cancellation charge.
