Please make sure to wear/prepare protective clothes, shoes and equipment for climbing.
※We will not be going around the crater on this tour.
※On the hike up Mt Fuji, There will be a 1000 JPY (voluntary fee) that will be effective as of This Year. Thank you for your co-operation.
●About the reservation for age restrictions:
Reservation for under 9 years old cannot be accepted. When elementary school children (over 10 years old) participate in this tour, their father or mother must accompany them during the tour.
Under 20 years old except elementary school children have to join this tour with adult or submit a letter of consent signed by their parent.
Reservation is not accepted for over 75 years old who is a beginner or has never climbed mountains.

Every Year During Summer, Many Tourists visit hoping to encounter the magnificent "Sunrise".
There are many paths leading up the mountain, as well as entrances onto the road for the mountain peak. There are over 20 different mountain huts that we will guide you to through out this tour.
There are numerous different routes which are, Kawaguchi-ko (Stable) Route, Climb the West Side of Mt Fuji from the Fuji-Nomiya Route, Gotemba Route which is for experienced hikers, Subashiri Route which has a steep incline. Mt Fuji is considered to be a spiritual mountain, And the beauty of the snow that never disappears has been portrayed in countless songs, movies and artwork.

(For the actual tour language of your preferred departure day, please look at the booking form. If you make a booking within 7 days to the departure, we may not be able to arrange your preferred language support. In such case, you will be guided by Japanese speaking tour director with an itinerary in your preferred language.)
The Scope of Language Support
A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at each stop etc) in your preferred language. Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.
Minimum number of participants for operation
20 persons *When the participants does not reach the number above, the tour will not be operated. If this is the case, those who have made a reservation will be informed of the matter by 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date (by 4 days prior to the departure in case of a Day-tour).
Expenses for transportation, accommodation, meal(s), admission fee(s) specified in the itinerary and taxes. * None of the expenses will be refunded even though the items concerned are not used by a participant for personal reasons.

It is our policy that, if your child has to retire from the course, the guardians are expected too as well.
People over 75 years of age will not be permitted to make a reservation.
Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended.
Towels will not be provided. If you want to take a bath, bring them with you or buy them at the facility.
Mt Fuji may not be viewed in case of bad weather conditions.
This tour is attended by a tour guide and a tour conductor. The tour guide gives sightseeing information in Japanese only. The tour conductor, who can communicate either English or Chinese, gives language support to the tour members but does not translate the Japanese sightseeing information into English nor into Chinese.
Please note that the tour is for Japanese citizens and basically operated in Japanese. The accompanied staff gives you the basic information (such as meeting place and time at each stop) in English or Chinese, however, she/he does not gives you the detailed information of visiting places.
We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond our control.
If we have to cancel the tour for typhoon, heavy snow, or other circumstances beyond our control, we decide the matter by 3pm Japan time one day before the departure and inform you about it by e-mail.
The place that the tour disbands may be different from the one that it meets. For the actual place, ask the tour conductor on the spot.

or necessary organizations for the tour arrangement.
Completion of the tour reservation shall be deemed to agree upon above condition.
