The Scope of Language Support
A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at each stop etc) in your preferred language. Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.
Minimum number of participants for operation
20 persons *When the participants does not reach the number above, the tour will not be operated. If this is the case, those who have made a reservation will be informed of the matter by 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date (by 4 days prior to the departure in case of a Day-tour).
Expenses for transportation, accommodation, meal(s), admission fee(s) specified in the itinerary and taxes. * None of the expenses will be refunded even though the items concerned are not used by a participant for personal reasons.

◎You can enjoy the great scene of the sea of clouds, weather permitting.
◎It is very cold in the early morning on 1300 meters highland where you will visit with this tour. Please bring a jacket to protect yourself against the mountainous weather and insects.
◎This tour is subject to cancellation owing to bad weather.
The best time to see flowers is slightly changed in each year, owing to the weather or some other conditions. So that there are some cases where you are not able to enjoy blooming flowers. Also, the itinerary order may change, shortenings or omissions in each spot may happen owing to the blooming situation on the day. Thank you very much for your understanding in advance.
Contents of meals is subject to change owing to availability on the day. If seafood can’t be arranged owing to bad weather, its substitute will be served.
Flower blooming time varies slightly according to weather.
Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended.
Visiting spots might be very cold. Bringing thick winter clothes is strongly recommended.
According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may have to be changed.
This tour is attended by a tour guide and a tour conductor. The tour guide gives sightseeing information in Japanese only. The tour conductor, who can communicate either English or Chinese, gives language support to the tour members but does not translate the Japanese sightseeing information into English nor into Chinese.
Please note that the tour is for Japanese citizens and basically operated in Japanese. The accompanied staff gives you the basic information (such as meeting place and time at each stop) in English or Chinese, however, she/he does not gives you the detailed information of visiting places.
Any change of the passengers (name) needs additional arrangement with airlines. This arrangement may not be accepted due to the congestion of flights, etc. Please also note change fee is required when change is successfully made.
Seats for your group members in the plane or shinkansen may be separated due to the arrangement.
Meal contents, especially seafood, are subject to change owing to availability on the day.
We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond our control.
If we have to cancel the tour for typhoon, heavy snow, or other circumstances beyond our control, we decide the matter by 3pm Japan time one day before the departure and inform you about it by e-mail.
The place that the tour disbands may be different from the one that it meets. For the actual place, ask the tour conductor on the spot.
