- Onsen water of Zao onsen looks closely transparent just in case due to quantity of "Yu-no-hana", sediments of onsen water, temperature, humidity. Please acknowledge it in advance
- When Zao echo-line is closed for the weather condition, we are not able to go to Okama, a crater lake
- We are not responsible for any delays, changes of schedule or cancellations directly or indirectly from road conditions, weather conditions and other conditions beyond our control
