The Scope of Language Support
A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at each stop etc) in your preferred language. Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.
Minimum number of participants for operation
25 persons *When the participants does not reach the number above, the tour will not be operated. If this is the case, those who have made a reservation will be informed of the matter by 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date (by 4 days prior to the departure in case of a Day-tour).
Expenses for transportation, accommodation, meal(s), admission fee(s) specified in the itinerary and taxes. * None of the expenses will be refunded even though the items concerned are not used by a participant for personal reasons.

Room assignment (Western room)：Assignments of the hotel room, non-smoking/smoking room (all non-smoking rooms in some hotels), layout, location, view, etc. will be decided by the arrangement on the tour day, and any requests cannot be accepted. Wearing Yukata (cotton kimono) and slippers in the public area are prohibited in some hotels.
11 meals specified in the itinerary are included. Please buy your own meals, which are not provided at sightseeing places/hotels in the tour.
Please note that the omission of some sightseeing spots, change of the itinerary order, significant delay in arrival, and change of the visiting time to the hotels and sightseeing spots are anticipated due to the traffic and weather conditions.
The following situations are anticipated when the ferry schedule or route is changed due to its operation, sea condition, etc.
●When the ferry for outbound route is suspended, the tour is cancelled.
●When the ferry for return route is suspended, you will stay at hotel and partial refund will be made. You might return to the tour end place by Shinkansen or airplane. In this case, the fees for return will be partially or all your own expense.
Tour uses Sanriku Railway (Travel sections：Fudai Station - Kuji Station / approx. 40 min). Seats on the train are all non-reserved and shared with other passengers. You may not be able to have a seat due to the congestion. The travel sections may also change depending on the situation on the day.
2 single rooms might be provided in some cases to those who made a reservation with 1 room for 2 participants.
Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended.
According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may have to be changed.
This tour is attended by a tour guide and a tour conductor. The tour guide gives sightseeing information in Japanese only. The tour conductor, who can communicate either English or Chinese, gives language support to the tour members but does not translate the Japanese sightseeing information into English nor into Chinese.
Please note that the tour is for Japanese citizens and basically operated in Japanese. The accompanied staff gives you the basic information (such as meeting place and time at each stop) in English or Chinese, however, she/he does not gives you the detailed information of visiting places.
We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond our control.
If we have to cancel the tour for typhoon, heavy snow, or other circumstances beyond our control, we decide the matter by 3pm Japan time one day before the departure and inform you about it by e-mail.
The place that the tour disbands may be different from the one that it meets. For the actual place, ask the tour conductor on the spot.
