Q-1: How do I make a reservation?
A: You can make a reservation directly from this site. When you'll apply, please confirm the details of contents of a tour, notes and travel conditions carefully. And all contacts from us, such as reply to the application will be done by E-mail.
Q-2: Can I make a reservation and inquiry on the phone?
A: We only accept your application by internet.

Q-3: How late can I make a reservation of a tour?
A: In principle, we accept a application by 14 days prior to the departure day of a tour. However, you can join any tour in case, so, please feel free to ask us for the availability.
Q-4: When can I expect to have a reply of a reservation and an inquiry?
A: We'll reply within 48 hours except on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays of Japan by E-mail after we'll receive it. (As we close on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays of Japan, so we could not reply)
Q-5: Can I join a tour even if I cannot speak Japanese at all?
A: As our tour conductor or our staff accompanied can speak English or Chinese(Mandarin), so you could participate in at ease.
Q-6: Can I join a tour even by myself?
A: For our one-day tours, we accept any reservation regardless of the number of of participants in one group. For our tours with more than one-night stay, we accept reservations for more than two participants in one group. However, it is likely to be able to accept by the tour and the departure day, so please ask us for the availability
Q-7: From which age do you charge the tour cost to a child?
A: As for age of 3~5 years old, we'll charge as an infant price, and as for age of 6~11years old we'll charge as a child price, As for 2 years old or less, it will be free unless the contents of tour usually included in the tour price such as a seat and a meal etc. will be needed.
* Please note that it is required to inform us in advance, if you will bring a child of 2 years old and less.Q-8: I'd like to know the departure point etc. of the tour I applied.
A: We will inform you of the place and the time to meet on the day together with the other necessary information by E-mail.
Q-9: Is there any contact in case of emergency before beginning of a tour?
A: Yes, there is. You could contact with us in English or Mandarin Chinese. We will inform you of the phone number in case of emergency by 7 days prior to the departure day by E-mail.
* Please acknowledge that use of this line is limited for urgent case before beginning of the tour .Q-10: How can I pay a tour price? Do you accept to be paid on the day of departure?
A: We only accept the payment by a credit card on the web site before the tour. It is not possible to receive it on that day. We will begin the procedure of credit-card transactions after deciding the materialization of the tour. In principle, we will start the procedure 20 days prior to the departure day (For the bus tour with staying; 14 days prior, the day trip : 10 days prior).
Q-11: When I cancel the tour applied, do you charge the cancellation fee? Moreover, how is the tour price repaid?
A: The stated cancellation fee will be charged for the cancellation of the tour, the decrease of the number of people, and the date change of the tour when cancellation will occur on and after 20 days prior to the departure date (For the bus tour with staying; 14 days prior, . the day trip : 10 days prior). In this case, we'll refund the balance which cancellation fee is deleted, through your credit card. Please acknowledge that it may take about 1~2 months to repay, though it might vary depending on time and credit card companies.
Q-12: Might it be possible that the applied tour will not be materialized?
A: We might unavoidably cancel the tour when applicants will not reach the minimum number. Minimum number of a tour to be materialized will be specified every tour. When we'll cancel a tour, we'll notice it to the applicants by 14 days prior to the departure date (4 days prior for a day trip)
Q-13: How do you refund the tour price, when the applied tour will be cancelled?
A: In this case, we'll refund the total amount you paid through your credit card. Please acknowledge that it may take about 1~2 months to repay, though it might vary depending on time and credit card companies.
Q-14: Will it be possible to join a tour with a big luggage (suitcase etc.)?
A: Certainly. You could accommodate a big luggage in a trunk room of a bus.
Q-15: Do we refrain from smoking in a bus?
A: It is no smoking in a bus. In addition, please note that there are a lot of places to visit where you should observe no smoking, even in sightseeing spots, inside of a building such as hotels and restaurants, and other vehicles.
