From Application to Departure
1. Choosing Tour and Date
Applications for YOKOSO Japan Tour reservations could be made via the homepage. Applications could be received until 7 days prior to the departure (in some cases could be received after this day). Choose a tour and a departure date first and go to the homepage for application procedure. Check the tour details, notes and tour conditions carefully before making an application.
2. Application Procedure
After choosing a tour, click "Start Booking" button for making an application. Enter "Departure Date" and "Number of (Rooms and) Participants" and click "Next" button.
On the next page, fill in every parts in the application form. If you have inquiries or special requests, write them down in the "Remarks" part in the form.
Once you click "Send Application" button, you will receive an autoreply e-mail from us.
*In case you could not find an e-mail from us, please check your spam folder as well.
*Please be noted that your reservation has not yet been made even at the completion of this step.
3. Confirmation of Reservation
Receiving your application, we will immediately check the availability. We will give you the answer with your reservation status via e-mail within 48 business hours except for Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. If the reservation is successfully made, you will receive the confirmation of reservation. Keep the reservation no. stated in the confirmation with care, which should be used at the time of inquiries, changes or cancellations.

4. Payment for Tour Price
Payment for a tour price should be made via credit card only. The transaction will be made after the confirmation of the departure. Please check the transaction date in the confirmation email from us.
*If you change or cancel the reservation after the transaction, cancellation charge will be applied to your reservation. Read the cancellation clause in the Tour Conditions with care
5. Changes or Cancellations
Please send us the designated form for changes or cancellations which will be found on the homepage. Receiving the form, we will give you a receipt e-mail within 48 business hours except for Saturday, Sunday and national holidays.
*Cancellation charge will be applied if cancellations or changes (such as decrease in the number of participants or change in the departure date etc.,) are made after the date 20 days prior to the departure (14 days for overnight bus tours; 10 days for one-day tours). Cancellation fee will be deducted from the money we have charged via your credit card and then will refund a balance to your credit card.
*Changes or cancellations could only be received within business hours. Changes or cancellations received out of business hours should be treated as "received on the following business day"
6. Confirmation of Departure
When participants does not reach the required minimum number, the tour might be cancelled. In case the tour is to be cancelled, we will inform you of the matter by 14 days prior to the departure (4 days for one-day tours).
7. Meeting Time and Place
We will announce you the final confirmation of your reservation by e-mail with Meeting time and Meeting place 5 days prior to the departure date. If you would not receive the final confirmation e-mail by 5 days prior to your departure day, please make sure to contact us. (This final confirmation will be sent to a customer who reserve a tour travelling by airplane or train only. Those who made a reservation of a coach tour, an email title of ”Reservation Details & Tour Confirmation” will be as final announcement. The email includes a meeting time and place so please check them carefully.)
Come to the meeting place on time on your own. At arrival, present us a confirmation e-mail (the confirmation of reservation or the final announcement) or tell us your reservation no. the tour no. and your name. When everything is OK, the tour departs for a wonderful day!
